By downloading or using Gifnox, you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain language.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Gifnox on Macs you own or control.
Acceptable use
Don't use Gifnox to record content you don't have the right to capture. Don't decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app as your own product. The Gifnox name, code, and assets belong to Norixion.
Disclaimer
Gifnox is provided "as is" during alpha. We do our best to keep it stable, but we can't guarantee it will be defect-free.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Gifnox after changes means you accept them.
